1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court vide orders dated 24.04.2023, 01.05.2023, 08.05.2023 and 31.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 10400 of 2023, 28273 of 2023, 28323 of 2023 and 25714 of 2023 respectively.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67253 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
