2. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2022 in connection with registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife in his Sasural where he was staying.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the deceased has been killed by unknown person and the name of this petitioner has been dragged with an intention to squeeze money.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.
