The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 464 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2085 of 2019) for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 354B, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to land dispute, petitioners 1 to 4 started to abuse Shakura and Sanjeeda, mother-in-law and gotni of the informant, and to cause assault. On the next day, the aforesaid persons along with Akhtar (petitioner no. 5) and Yunus (petitioner no. 6) came and started to cause assault to her gotni, Rohana, and torn her clothes and caused assault on her

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that due to land dispute the present case has been lodged by the informant with false allegation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 464 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2085 of 2019) shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
