====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard Mr. Bimal Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Raj Ballabh Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case bearing C.A. No. 512 of 2022, dated 22.03.2022, registered under Sections 376, 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the Complaint, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to adjudicate upon the bail application, if so filed, on the same date and pass necessary order without being prejudiced by any other order passed by any Court.

Till date, no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioner.

In case of failure, the Superintendent of Police, Katihar is directed to arrest the petitioner. The Court below is directed to inform the Senior Superintendent of Police, Katihar after four weeks in case of non compliance of order without any urgent reason. (Purnendu Singh, J) pravinkumar/- U
