1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 31.07.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77207 of 2023, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70839 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 medical exigency and critical health of the petitioner, as mentioned in the paragraph 4 and 5 of the present application, she was unable to surrender and furnish the bail bond in the stipulated time period, accordingly, she prays for further three weeks' time to surrender before the Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 31.07.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77207 of 2023, be extended by further three weeks from today.
