The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 302, 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is the co-villager of the informant. He is not named in the FIR, though others are named in the FIR. The report of the learned court below reveals that investigation against the petitioner is still pending. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
