This is an application for bail in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No. 151 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of Arms Act and 17 C.L.A. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Later on, he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He has criminal antecedent, is an accused in eight other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and so far antecedent is concerned, he is on bail in all other cases. Heard learned APP also.
