The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 352 of 2015 registered under sections 363 and 366 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is no specific allegation made against the petitioners. The petitioners are pardanashin ladies. They have been implicated in the case only because they are related to Upendra Rai, the main accused of the case. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52859 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S.
