This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 302/34 of the Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the informant is not the eye witness and the only material is that the husband of the informant chided her so she committed suicide. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rupoli P.S. Case No. 115 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
