2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus, order or orders, direction or directions, commanding the respondents to make payment to the petitioner of due amount of Gratuity and Earn leave of Rs. 3,93,739, Provident Fund amount of Rs.

4,60,959, differential amount of due salary of Rs. 9,63,284 pursuant to the enhancement of time to time pay revision, D.A. deposit and ad interim relief etc amount of Rs. 22,838/- and accordingly appropriate direction may be given."
