2. The petitioner seeks bail in Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Allegedly, out of 140 litres, 80 litres country-made illicit liquor was recovered from a plastic bag, kept on a motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The motorcycle, on which, illicit liquor is said to have been

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, especially, the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court No. 1st, Buxar in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 70 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
