2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant alleged that her daughter has been kidnapped by the petitioner with intention to marry her. She further alleged that her daughter had taken away Rs. 30,000/- and jewellery from the house.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that the statement of the victim recorded under Section 161 of the Cr.P.C. is entirely

In her statement under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., she denies the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. whereas in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., she has corroborated the allegation which shows that the statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. of the victim was made under duress of her parents. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is under custody since 01.07.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 182 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
