JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-05-2018 From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.3 and 4 it appears that the petitioner has moved before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj seeking release of the vehicle in question. A report in this regard was called for from S.H.O., Jadopur police station and in compliance of the order, the investigating officer has already submitted his report in the court of learned District and Sessions Judge. The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for release is not being heard and disposed off despite submission of the report. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State, this Court would direct the
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.811 of 2018 (4) dt.11-05-2018 District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj to hear the application of the petitioner seeking release of the vehicle in question within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and dispose off the same within a maximum period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
