2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 326 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27of the Arms Act.

3. For a trivial dispute, the deceased has been killed by the named accused persons and some unknown persons. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has subsequently transpired during investigation.

4. One Niranjan Prasad Singh similarly situated who is also not named in the F.I.R. has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51037 of 2023 vide order dated 17.08.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2023.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023.
