This application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings for violation of order dated 08.08.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14680 of 2013. The Commission has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected the same. This Court has twice

Patna High Court MJC No.3761 of 2016 (8) dt.10-10-2018 2 /2 rejected the show cause of the Commission and ultimately today an affidavit has been filed showing that they have asked the report from Jain Udyog Limited and International Tractor Limited. Jain Udyog Limited has already been closed and Internal Tractor Limited did not respond to the query made by the Commission.

The petitioner, if so advised, may challenge the action of the opposite party.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
