2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 54372 of 2022 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that when the victim realized the real fact, she filed a compromise petition in which she has specifically stated that the petitioner is innocent and he is not involved in this case. 3.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be

No.68334 of 2023(4) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vth, Araria in connection with Araria Mahila P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
(ii) The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date. (iii) In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any valid reason, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
