JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The matter has come under the heading "To Be Mention" for certain correction in the last paragraph of the order dated 31.01.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of 'respondent No. 5, the District Education Officer, Saharsa' 'respondent No. 4, the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saharsa' should be directed to examine the record and pass necessary order. Learned counsel for the Accountant General has no objection to the same. In view of the above, in the last paragraph of the order instead of 'District Education Officer' it should be read as 'Regional Deputy Director of Education'.
