Informant's son, Kanhaiya Kumar aged about four years was kidnapped by the criminals who arrived at the scene on two motorcycles with the help of one Vijay Mochi. From the order impugned, it is evident that subsequently thereof, ransom was demanded. The SIM through which ransom was demanded was put under surveillance and on that very basis so many accused were apprehended including one Sonu Kumar on whose instance the victim was recovered from the house of one Bimla Devi.
Petitioner's status as is evident happens to be during intermediary period, though not supported by the statement of the victim (Annexure- 3).
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48583 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 That being so, petitioner, Baby Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in Cheriya Bariyarpur PS Case No.84/2016.
