The petitioner has raised her grievance with regard to the eligibility criteria fixed by the Indian Oil Corporation with respect to the personnel serving in different Departments of Central/ State Government and Public Sector Undertaking of Central/ State Government, who are incapacitated or disabled while performing their duties, will be eligible under this category and in case of their death while performing duties, their widows/dependents have been given preference in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19414 of 2019(2) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 matter of allotment of the outlet.
A grievance has been raised by the petitioner that this clause is completely a arbitrary clause, creating the class under the class itself so that it should have been formulated in a different manner comprising all the widows of the government. Already representation has been filed by the petitioner, let the Authority look into the representation of the petitioner and take a final decision in accordance with law as early as possible.
The application is disposed of.
