2. Earlier the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23929 of 2025, due to unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to extend the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65586 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 bonds/surrendering before the court concerned from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 04.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23929 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) shivam/- U T
