Petitioners are facing prosecution under Section 47A of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 vide Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after making submissions at full length, states that in view of the observation made by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order, the petitioner would surrender and pray for regular bail.
