JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Anti P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at the relevant time petitioner was posted as Junior Engineer at Konch Block, Gaya under the NAREGA Scheme. Petitioner was only required to give report on Mapi Pustika after verification and inspection which he had done promptly. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 06.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.
