2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against accused persons, named in the F.I.R., including both petitioners is that they killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and committing assault against these petitioners. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The husband of the deceased has already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65945 of 2023(4) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 04.12.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 66639 of 2023.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 235 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
