The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tharkraha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal.
The allegation is that this petitioner on the basis of forged and fabricated appointment letter joined to the post of Purush Parivar Kalyan Karyakarta at P.H.C., Thakraha. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an unemployed youth and he had filled several forms and appeared at the examination. The petitioner received the appointment letter by post and on the basis of which, he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46910 of 2017 (2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 joined to the said post indicated in the appointment letter. The allegation of impersonation against this petitioner is not specific. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2017, having clean antecedent except Beur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2012 in which he is on bail.
The learned APP for the State opposed the submission.
Considering the nature of allegation, facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Chamapran in connection with Thakraha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016.
