JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the background of fight between the children of informant and petitioner's side the petitioner assaulted the son of the informant and when the informant went to save her children then petitioner assaulted with lathi on her head. The husband of the informant was also assaulted. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and the injury has been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51411 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 Amdabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
