2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6191 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 10.05.2023, the petitioner was directed to visit the concerned police station on the first Sunday of each month. Now he prays that the petitioner may be directed to mark his attendance in Motipur Police Station, Muzaffarpur.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to mark his attendance on the first Sunday on each month in Motipur

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4128 of 2024(2) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 Police Station, Muzaffarpur instead of the concerned police stationer as directed earlier, failure to do so will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6191 of 2023 is modified only to the extent as above. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the learned District Judge, Arwal and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur through FAX/e-mail forthwith for compliance of the order.
