JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 13.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17260 of 2012, whereby the B.R.A. Bihar University was directed to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the notification dated 23.06.2014 and pass appropriate order with respect to the entitlement of the petitioner's post retiral dues.

2. Opposite Party Nos. 3 and 4 / the authorities of B.R.A. Bihar University have filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph 5 it has been stated that in compliance of the order

Patna High Court MJC No.3678 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 passed by this Court in the said writ petition the representation of the petitioner dated 23.10.2018 was examined and thereafter a reasoned order rejecting the claim of the petitioner has been passed by the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. The order passed by the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur rejecting the claim of the petitioner has also been annexed as Annexure A to the show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 3 and 4, which is dated 27.09.2022.

3. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 13.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17260 of 2012 has been duly complied with by the opposite parties.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.

5. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur rejecting the claim of the petitioner, if so advised.
