The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. voluntarily stated that she, accordingly to her sweet will, went to Kashmir along with Jalaludhin Alam and also married with him. She further stated that she wants to live with him.

No.46825 of 2017 (2) dt.08-11-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkauiliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
