JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2017 as per level-13 on the basis of last salary as reflected in the payslip of the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that for redressal of the aforesaid grievance, it would be appropriate to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing representation before the respondent no.2 for the aforesaid grievances within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the respondent no.2 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the
