2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2023 and there is recovery of seven litres of country made liquor from his possession. He further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and recovery of liquor from his possession, this application for regular bail is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Aungari (Pir Bigha) P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Aungari (Pir Bigha) Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
