By the impugned order dated 01.10.2015, the learned Court below refused to recall the earlier order dated 24/25.05.2015.

It appears that on the application of the plaintiffrespondent, the Chhap Register was called for from the Registry office and it was directed that the same may be sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory for comparison with disputed signature. The application was filed by the petitioner to recall the said application. The Court below considering the case of the parties has rejected the said recall application. Since both the order dated 24/25.05.2015, the Court below has only directed for comparison of the disputed L.T.I./signature, no case of interference in supervisory jurisdiction

Patna High Court CWJC No.17820 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 is made out.

Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
