JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard Sri Samir Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 4. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 6283 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 11-12-2015, due to non-compliance of earlier order i.e. order dated 19-01-2012 passed in the writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after order dated 11-12-2015, supplementary affidavit has already been filed alongwith certificate granted by the circle officer. He submits that ofcourse after delay, the order has been complied with.
