Patna High Court CWJC No.13525 of 2017 dt.22-03-2018 2/2 District Programme Officer (Establishment) Kaimur, has also decided to pay the salaries of respective teachers in terms with earlier direction of District Magistrate as all the petitioners are rendering services in pursuant to direction of the Tribunal, still orders are in force and are being not unsettled by any court of law.

7. That in view of the matter all these petitioners will be paid within a period of two months after competing all necessary formalities." In view of the statements made in para 5 to 7, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Kaimur (respondent nos.6) to honour the undertaking made in para 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit and ensure payment within the time indicated in the counter affidavit.
