Petitioner is accused in connection with Raghopur (Rusttampur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2019 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C. and section 30(a), 32(3) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.07.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
