Petitioner seeks bail in Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 504, 379, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by means of Khanti from which the informant sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. It has been further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Injury report has been enclosed with the petition and among injuries except injury no. 2 all are simple in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017.
