The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120(b), 324, 307, 448, 504, 379, 354, 435, 436, 506 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties and specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2019.

Case No. 139 of 2019.
