The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court.

Now a fresh anticipatory bail application has been filed on the ground that the petitioner is a heart patient and he needs treatment outside the State. The petitioner has annexed the prescription and the various reports along with the petition. From reading the prescription, it appears that E.C.G. report of the petitioner is normal and the petitioner is not suffering from any heart ailment.

In these circumstances, no fresh ground for renewal of anticipatory bail is made out.

In view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64615 of 2022(2) dt.30-11-2022 2/2 another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
