2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 3825 of 2018 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution by order dated 27.03.2018.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and C.W.J.C. No. 3825 of 2018 is restored to its original file.

4. MJC No. 1704 of 2018 stands disposed of.

5. Time for compliance of the order dated 27.03.2018 in C.W.J.C. No. 3825 of 2018 is extended by three weeks from today and the petitioner is permitted to remove the defects as required within such extended period.
