This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 412, 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that, as a matter of fact, one Bolero vehicle and two motorcycles have been recovered from one co-accused, who happens to be the brother of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that so far Bolero vehicle is concerned, same is in the name of the mother of the petitioner, which was purchased from one Mukesh Kumar. It is further submitted that so

No.49674 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 far motorcycles are concerned, one motorcycle is in the name of the brother of the petitioner and another motorcycle is in the name of one Zubbair Alam, Heard learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV,Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Kartahan P.S.Case No. 40 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further with a condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the investigation as and when required by the police.
