This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272, 273, 414, 420/34 of the Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.
There is recovery of 240 liters spirit from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 01.10.2015.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Mr. Harshvardhan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj.
