The petitioner has filed this contempt petition against the order dated 07.07.2014 passed in CWJC No.15418 of 2013 and the order dated 15.03.2017 passed in MJC No.630 of 2015. The petitioner moved this court in CWJC No.15418 of 2013 against the order of reversion as on the basis of audit objection, the petitioner was reverted from the post of Professor to the post of Reader but in obedience of order dated 07.07.2014, Annexure 7 was revoked. Thereafter the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.1717 of 2018(9) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 filed MJC No.630 of 2015 for payment of arrears of salary, fixation of pension and other retiral benefits. The B.R.A. Bihar University filed third show-cause in which it has been stated that the post of the petitioner was restored. The difference of salary amounting to Rs.4,55,827/- has already been paid through cheque no.742067 dated 05.12.2019. The difference of leave encashment, revised P.P.O. and others have already been paid and the order has been complied but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some amount is still lying due.

Having considered the facts that the order has already been complied with, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation with regard to nonpayment of any amount on any head afresh before the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar, University, Muzaffarpur within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order and the Registrar shall look into the matter and dispose of the representation within two months thereafter.
