The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code with added Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation has been made against the petitioner, it was purely on the basis of suspicion and the police after due investigation has treated the case as against the petitioner to be the mistake of facts and the petitioner has not been sent up for trial. It is further submitted that in view of the aforementioned facts and

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 188 of 2019.
