Case i.e., Laukaha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025; therefore, they are being heard together and are being decided by a common order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67382 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/3 Laukaha P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 87 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of abducting the victim girls.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any crime. The petitioners are in custody since 15.04.2025 having clean antecedent.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Though the allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping the victim girls but from the statement of the victim girls it appears that they had eloped with the petitioners on their own.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, both these applications for regular bail stand allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 50 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67382 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 3/3 2025 subject to the condition that at the time of accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below shall verify the fact whether the petitioners have clean antecedents or not.
