JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 It appears that the parties are litigating over a piece of land related to Title Suit No. 455 of 2006 and the allegation of the petitioners was that the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 were trying to take possession of the land of the petitioners. Based on this statement, a prayer has been made to direct the respondent authorities to protect the life and property of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now the Title Suit has been decided in their favour and they are seeking their remedy for recovery of possession in accordance with law. In this view of the matter, this writ application has become infructuous.
