The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 842 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2023. He further submits that victim girl got married with the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C stated that she had affair with the petitioner and she got married with the petitioner.

No.68532 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 842 of 2022.
