The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No.20 of 2012 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is land dispute in between the petitioners and the informant and earlier case was lodged by the petitioners' side in which the informant was arrested and in this case the petitioners are alleged to have opened fire but no injury was caused to anyone and police also during investigation up-tillnow has not found the allegation true. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50107 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2 /2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S.
