2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupauli (Mohanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 386, 364(A), 306 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, Chandan Yadav and others kidnapped the driver and khalashi of the harvester. The petitioner was also involved in the kidnapping. He is named in the FIR. The criminals thereafter demanded money for release of the kidnapped person. After recovery, the victims have supported the prosecution case that they were kidnapped by Chandan Yadav and his gang. The petitioner is accused in four

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the criminal antecedent and the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The District Judge, Purnea is directed to expedite the trial of the present case as well as all other cases registered against the petitioner.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Purnea for its compliance through FAX or e-mail forthwith.
