2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Balthar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 379, 307, 354B & 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, in the backdrop of petty feud of drainage, the accused persons are said to have started abusing the informant's mother and on protest, they assaulted the informant's mother. The informant was caught from behind and he was inflicted knife blow.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69581 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Balthar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
