By way of the present writ application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report in Desri P.S.Case No. 211 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. It is accordingly dismissed.
