Patna High Court MJC No.3082 of 2025(7) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 stated that as on the date of filing of the supplementary counter affidavit, the petitioner is due an amount of Rs. 17.59 lakhs in term loan and Rs.1.16 lakhs in the cash credit account.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner disputes the same. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner wants to settle the dispute in case the authorities give One Time Settlement (OTS). Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also given a representation dated 29.01.2026 (Annexure P/19) and the same has been rejected by the Respondent-Canara Bank vide order dated 07.02.2026 (Annexure R/3) filed along with the supplementary counter affidavit.

3. Having regard to the same, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available to him.
